About SupportObjective

SupportObjective was founded in 2010 on the principle of helping companies become successful. Our primary focus is to provide you with highly available expert advice and assistance when you need it most. Our motivation comes from a void that was seen in standard support options generally available. Michael Collins - Principal Consultant

Michael Collins currently oversees SupportObjective's products and services, including the Direct Support programs. Prior to SupportObjective Michael was previously a Technical Account Manager at Adobe, where he worked with technical teams of Adobe's top tiered accounts to make them successful using products such as ColdFusion, LiveCycle and Flex.Michael started at Adobe with Allaire in 1999, as a Senior Consultant, where he visited over dozens of accounts and performed detailed performance analysis. Michael has worked with all aspects of ColdFusion over his tenure at Adobe including System Administration, product training and presenting product topics at numerous conferences. Michael holds a bachelor's of science degree in marketing from Xavier University. Michael currently volunteers as President of Fleming Island Little League where he enjoys coaching his 2 boys.

Elishia Dvorak - Principal Consultant

Elishia comes from a development background with a primary focus in ColdFusion applications. Since joining Allaire Corp. in 2001, she has worked as a senior support engineer through Macromedia and Adobe Systems on their premium support teams providing product support to their Enterprise level customers. In the last 2 1/2 years she has held the role of Technical Account Manager at Adobe Systems for a number of strategic TAM accounts maintaining a high level of customer focus and communication and ensuring rapid issue response and resultion. Elishia holds a bachelor's degree from University of California Irvine.

Adobe MAX 2012 (October 20-24 2012) - Come join us and learn about ColdFusion 10 at Adobe MAX 2012. Elishia and Mike will be attending and learning about all the new ColdFusion features. The ColdFusion Unference is always well structured and attended as well. We hope to see you in October.
